These Terms govern your use of The Soul Clinic's pages and your registration for our masterclasses, calls and programmes. By using our pages or signing up, you agree to these Terms.
Educational and supportive, not medical or clinical treatment. Everything we share, including our masterclasses, calls and programmes, is for education, personal development and support. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are unwell or in crisis, please seek help from a suitably qualified practitioner or your local emergency services.
What we offer
We offer an online masterclass and related content, and the option to book a conversation with us about our coaching programme. Where a masterclass or programme carries a fee, the price and payment terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
No guarantees
We share our approach honestly and with care, but personal growth depends on many things, including your own circumstances and participation. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.
Registration and conduct
Please provide accurate information when you register or book, and treat our space, our team and other participants with respect. We may decline or end participation where conduct is inappropriate.
Payments and refunds
Where a fee applies, any payment and refund terms will be set out at the point of purchase and form part of these Terms.
Our content
The content of our pages, masterclasses and programmes belongs to The Soul Clinic and may not be copied, recorded, shared or resold without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our pages or content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
